Here’s How our recruitment process works:
1. Inquiry
First, please let us know your requests and requests via the inquiry form or by phone.
Our staff will respond promptly and ask for detailed information.
2. Hearing/Needs Analysis
We will hear your requests and get a detailed understanding of the conditions and skills of the desired human resources.
Through needs analysis, we will formulate the optimal human resource profile.
3. Proposal and Contract
Based on the results of the hearing, we will make the optimal proposal. If you are satisfied,
we will proceed with the contract procedure and officially enter into a contract.
4. Selection and interview of candidates
We will screen the candidates for employment and select the candidates to introduce. We will conduct interviews and skill tests with the selected candidates to confirm that they are suitable for your requirements.
5.Confirmation and Agreement
Once the final selection is confirmed, we will sign an agreement between the customer and the candidate and make final adjustments to the employment conditions and schedule.
6. Providing Visa Application and Procedures/Contract
We will support selected candidates in applying for and applying for the necessary visas.
We will quickly arrange the necessary documents and procedures to support smooth entry into the country.
7. Sending to Japan
Once all procedures are completed, we will send the candidates to Japan.
We will provide necessary support even after arrival to help them start their work smoothly.
